Bird's Quandary (Animal Poem)

Bird’s Quandary

Humans wish they could fly,
But they can.
I wonder if birds wish they could swim,
Indeed they can’t .
Ducks don’t count.
 A simple quandary,
Leads to dissatisfaction.
What you don’t have,
Ensures you don’t have,
Anything.
Such is the bird’s quandary,
The envy of the world
Searching for the higher road
Nestled firmly below them.
